Revanta Group Launch First Commercial Project in L Zone

Revant Group is a leading housing in Delhi through DDA land pooling policy and MPD 2021, is proud to announce its entry into developer entity format. As per MPD 2021, developer entity is allowed to pool for unified planning and subdivision share of the land for development as per guidelines and norms. We, the Revant CGHS has added new achievement to our portfolio-APS Revanta Developers. APS Revanta Developers goals to provide development services in developer’s format. The decision to add developer entity to our already existing CGHS model is well thought and strategic one.

In CGHS Format, we were restricted providing, with a limitation to allot flats through draw only. Many of our potential and existing requested us to provide them with options to select floor, plans, facing, etc. All while we also got numerous request to offer commercial units. All these weren’t possible unless we register ourselves as DE (Developer Entity). Developers Model projects empower us to provide housing and commercial properties, and manage all these projects with more autonomy.
