If you are from middle class and want to take an LIG flat then the second scheme is your mean. That is, you can take the LIG flat. Apart from this, you can also take a loan to build a house on your empty plot at Dwarka phase 2, in which you will get a subsidy. If income and family are small, you can apply for the EWS category of the third scheme i.e. the developers are doing.

Know whether you are fit or not

  • If you want to take a cheap home, first you have to know whether you are eligible to join the scheme according to your income.
  • If annual income is Rs 3 lakh (25 thousand months) then you can apply for EWS category.
  • If your income is 5 lakh rupees (50 thousand months) annually, then you can apply for LIG category.
The size of the flat

  • If you apply for EWS, you will get 35.3 square meters (approximately 475 square feet) flat
  • If you apply for LIG then you will get 57.6 square meters (775 sq ft) flat.
