However, according to them, the Delhi government has not yet cleared the land pooling policy (LPP), due to which the L-zone is in the balance. According to the sources, according to the Delhi Master Plan (MPD) 2021, the L zone in the L Zone is 5,300 hectares and the LPP is awaiting approval from the state government. The Union Urban Development Ministry has suggested settling the LPP case soon with the Delhi Government and the Municipal bodies.
