In an attempt to support the vision and mission of Master plan Delhi 2021, Revanta Multi state co-operative group has come about with new affordable project in delhi, called smart city Delhi Awas Yojana. The Awas Yojana has been set up with a bold vision of offering affordable housing for citizens of Delhi since people of Delhi are moving into neighboring cities like Gurgaon, greater Noida, Noida and Ghaziaband because of the rocking rates of property. Delhi Awas Yojna also encourages woman empowerment and around 33% of the housing units are allotted for women. The whole construction work for housing in Delhi Awas Yojna will get completed in a course of five years by the year 2022. The specifications of the housing units developed under Delhi Awas Yojna include club membership, club house, car parking, balcony, gym, jogging track, swimming pool, terrace, basketball and tennis court, no external electrification charges, etc.
